Let's Begin Where You Are - With Therapy That Honours Your Pace and Process.

If you've found your way here, it is likely you've been through something difficult. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, motionally exhausted or,stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Perhaps you're carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, burnout, or emotions such as shame, guilt, or anger that feel hard to release.

Many adults seek therapy when stress becomes chronic. Sleep may be disrupted, relationships strained, or daily responsibilities may feel heavier than expected. You might be pushing through each day, appearing functional on the outside, while feeling numb, on edge or disconnected from yourself.

For some adults, including first responders and frontline personnel, these experiences are shaped by ongoing exposure to high levels of stress and trauma. Over time, constantly pushing through can leave you feeling depleted, isolated, or unsure how to slow down and feel settled again.

If any of this resonated, please know that your experiences are valid, and you do not have to carry them alone. Trauma-informed counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and move forward safely together.

You Deserve To Be Seen and Supported.

Choosing a therapist is deeply personal. You deserve to be seen- not only for your symptoms, but for your experiences, strengths, and the parts of you that feel unresolved, confusing, or overwhelming. In this space, all parts of you are welcome.

Therapy is not about rushing change or pushing through discomfort. It is about creating a safe, responsive environment where you can slow down, explore what has shaped you, and begin to feel more grounded and connected. Many adults seek counselling when they are ready to move beyond survival mode and toward greater emotional steadiness and clarity.

My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, rooted in trauma-informed counselling and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, alongside evidence-based practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and lasting change. The goal is to make therapy practical, meaningful, and relevant to your life beyond the therapy room.

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and the long-term impact of stress and trauma. I am committed to exploring your unique story with you, with care, curiosity, and respect for your pace. Together, we will work towards a life that feels more steady, connected, and aligned.
